Site Representation
Professional on-site representation throughout prep, production, and wrap. We act as the property’s point of contact and help ensure approved site requirements and operating expectations are followed.
Damage Prevention
Proactive oversight of high-traffic areas, equipment movement, furniture, landscaping, interiors, and other sensitive property elements to help reduce preventable damage during production.
Property Logistics
Coordination of production access, load-in and load-out, parking areas, staging, vendor movement, restricted areas, property access, and other site-specific logistics.
Contracting & Production Coordination
Assistance coordinating property-use requirements, production documentation, vendor communication, scheduling, and agreed operational details between the property and production representatives.
